Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty is a surgery intended for the balance between the nose and the face. It is a procedure that virtually leaves no scars, since the incisions are made in the inner region or grooves of the nose. The immediate postoperative period (within a few weeks) may present minor difficulties due to the edema in the inner region of the nose; however, it comes back to normal over time. In this surgery, respiratory problems can be corrected as well. We should bear in mind that the nose undergoes morphologic changes after the 5th decade of life.
