Filling of Wrinkles, Depressions and Lips with Hyaluronic Acid

Our body produces a substance called “Hyaluronic Acid”, which is present in the skin and responsible for retaining water, providing hydration and volume. As a result of time and aging, this substance eventually degrades. There is a decline in the ability of the body to replace this acid, which results in loss of volume, shape and consequential emergence of static wrinkles. For this condition, fillers based on Hyaluronic Acid are used – a sterile gel injected directly into the patient’s skin. This gel, associated with lidocaine, reduces the inconvenience caused by the injection, providing greater comfort to the patient during the procedure. Treatment effects are immediate. Their duration varies according to the metabolism of each patient, the area to be treated and the form of the product used, and may last from 9 months to one year.
