Otoplasty – Correction of protuberant ears

Parents usually take their children for evaluation around the ages of 5 to 7; however, some patients only decide to undergo ear correction as adults. Otoplasty scars are very mild – they are located behind the ears and are as imperceptible as is possible. Some asymmetries may occur, as this situation exists even in non-operated individuals.
